Mr Ayoub is a retired engineer who operates a successful panel-beating and welding workshop. He has spotted an opportunity to make a variety of quality hardwear, replacing poor quality imported parts. Examples include bosses for tractors, very large nuts and bolts and large hinges. He expects eventually to create 15 full-time jobs, including traveling salesmen, but so far employs 4 people. Our investment has been used to buy a reconditioned lathe and a pipe-bending machine.
