Maize Milling

Mr Kweka mills maize, millet and dried banana and packs it in different size packages. He intends to sell his products to supermarkets, wholesalers, mines and different institutions in Moshi and Arusha. Mr Kweka’s business experience is in milling, sales and trading. He returned to Moshi from Dar es Salaam for family reasons and wanted to set up his own business. Equity for Africa has invested in a milling machine, a sewing machine (for bagging to produce) and weighing scales. The investment is expected to create 3 full-time jobs and 21 part-time ones.
